- Be a professional of the CRM System with the business teams and work to develop the knowledge and skills of the users in profiling customer attributes for effective sale & service functionalities.
- Specifically the incumbent must have an intimate knowledge of the CRM Process & System and understand Locus CRM strategies.
- Analyst our customer business and develop relevant solution and architecture.
- Present solution to our customer and ensure required polishing and adaptation
- Develop and Deliver solution design, proposal, POC and presentation to customer.
- Understanding products competitive and comparison in solution design and specification.
- Work closely and give recommendation to sale team in technical issue,
- Consult and cooperate with implementation and support team to deliver project and best services.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, MIS, Engineering and/or other related fields
- At least 5 years experiences in Technical Consultants or Technical Support or Products Specialist or Equivalent
- Experience and knowledge in CRM Software will be advantaged
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to work as a team, good decision, willing to cooperate and help team to reach success
- Good attitude and willing to support customer with service mind.
- Good in English communication, both writing and speaking skills
